Pour honey and Balsamic Vinegar into bowl and mix with chicken breast.
Place a top over the bowl and marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
Wrap chicken breast in Gwaltney Hardwood Smoked Sliced Bacon and poke a toothpick through the middle.
Place the food on a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 400°F.
